Would it be possible to add a group of staff to a training event, rather than on an individual basis

If we complete a group training event and produce a sign in sheet to evidence their training. This needs to be completed for each member of staff individually along with the upload of the sign in sheet. Could we simply choose group training and select the relevant staff to allocate said training event to.
