Split Open and Closed Objectives

Could we develop the Objectives module so it has the same sort of layout as the audit schedule? Have a tab for open objectives and a tab for closed objectives rather than having them all on one page.

  1. It would be good to build a history of objectives too like in the maintenance register. That way we only need to store the objective in either open or closed keeping the list lean.
