Approved Suppliers

It would be useful if there was a function to set reminders on individual suppliers to keep track of certificates passing their expiry dates.

  1. This would be a welcome upgrade if it followed the same functionality as the Task notification emails for the Audit Schedule and Maintenance.

  2. Hi all,

    This functionality is available on either the Professional or Enterprise plans.

    Both plans allow you to build your own supplier questionnaires which can include upload fields and expiry date fields. These fields can be used to keep track of certificates passing their expiry dates which lists them under the suppliers section on the system tasks screen.
